Hi I'm Yu Xuan and I'm back to talk about my CCA- on the same day, in the same hour of my previous post.
I got into air rifle, but it was not as great as what many people, including me, had expected. During the CCA trails, I tried on the air rifle and was impressed. I put air rifle as my first choice and got in.
Well, the first day was just about the coach talking to us- what it is all about, what to do, the time and dates, how to use the rifle, and so on. I remember it was a Friday. I was so excited yesterday, which was Sunday as I was going to use the gun. Well, what actually happened was that we held the gun and stood in the correct position while facing a BLANK WALL(annoying) for ONE HOUR PLUS (scary) WITHOUT BREAK!!!(rediculous) I rested for a long time as I was tired for not sitting down so long and the position of holding the gun was funny- you have to stable your gun with your elbow pressing the side of your stomach and your hand supporting the gun. It hurts so much! It is as if you are jabbing yourself! After facing that blank wall we still had to run 1km. We faced a blank wall while the seniors shoo t bullets at the target. How unfair. Half of them used a support thingy, so they only needed to pull the trigger, no need to raise the gun up. Another half of them used a handgun, and you no need to jab yourself when using it. That's all what I have to say. Goodbye!
