Hello this is Jin Xiang here, and this is my second blog post. I am going to talk about my 1st track and field training. Since this was our first official training, we were put in a big mass, with throwers, jumpers, sprinters and cross country-ers together. The coach said that we would try out every aspect in track and field, so as to see which one we were stronger in, and sort us out accordingly. He taught us something about building a strong foundation or whatever(didn't really get it), and showed us some warming up techniques. Overall it went quite well and wasn't really tough, but the coach warned us that it will get tougher.
