What is a blog?


That is a question many people may ask. The definition of a blog, according to wikipedia is - A type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commntary, videos and photos.


I agree with the statement made by wikipedia as it is what a blog is about Personally, I also feel that a blog is about writing your feeelings and expressing yourself on the blog. However, I also feel that a blog is much more than that,.


A blog can be about views on events, like pollitical or lifestyle events including one's own life. however, one must be careful about what to post on the blog. He/She should not reveal so much about themselves as it may cause perverts to follow them and then do bad things to them.


Also, pollitical views can be dangerous. Last year, some people in Iran got their acccounts hacked by the government for posting things about their views on the ruling government. Then, the people in Iran were blocked from media, such as facebook, twitter and other social networking sites.I feel sad for the people in Iran.



All in all, I feeel people should post things on blogs properly, if not they will have to face the consequences.
